- Reducing the sell rate to avoided costs or even 30% of retail rate (here, two part TOU + fixed rate with storage) reduces net bill to 18%-35% of the original bill (without any DER)
- Customers/aggregators send electricity back when the grid most needs it given right TOU price

These canines have independent, peaceful, happy lives without a pet’s constraints. Why are they being persecuted and culled?

Takes almost 30 million to make a mile of interstate; 1-3 million for a mile of separated bike path; BART extension to San Jose $1 billion a mile. Maybe it’s obvious to people but that’s astounding costs to build pretty basic infrastructure.
