I successfully repaired my Apple 40SC Tape backup drive by creating a new 3D printed capstan for it. I then was able to recover some lost Apple / Claris engineer's goodies from 36 years ago! 😮

Back from a whirlwind of a weekend. Thank you to all that stopped by my #PenPlotter exhibit table at #VCFEast this year. Was great to meet so many folks in person. And a huge thank you to all that purchased plots and floppies at consignment.

I gave away lots of postcards this year. If you got a plot or postcard, reply with a picture!

HD-45 to DA-15 Video Port Adapter - Joe's Computer Museum

There are many classic Macs that are difficult to work without original monitors or cables. Well now, it's easy with the HDI-45 adapter. Just plug it in to your HD-45 enabled Macintosh, and connect the other end to your video monitor. Easy Peasy! NOTE: Please be careful with installation of the adapter. The pins on the HD-45 connector are thinner and more flexible than normal video adapter pins. Design by Michael Wottle and others. Sold under license from Michael Wottle.
