Using audiobooks to consume knowledge is a slight paradigm shift in itself. But nothing that we haven’t seen before.

If you want another person to get a grip on your line of reasoning or a thought, give him/er a book on that subject instead.
Don't attack him. Don't try to talk him into your way.
Just give him a book.
And he will come out more learned and either he'll hate you and the author for holding such views or love you a both more. But all this with zero friction (you don't have to break his image down to impose your own).
Mission accomplished.
Faced with a choice between changing one’s mind and proving there is no need to do so, almost everyone gets busy with the proof.
