I'd be happy to see all the classic Star Trek's redone with the same scripts, and just tweak them a little. I loved Voyager's One, and I loved Enterprise's Doctors Orders. They were the same damned show, and I'm always happy when they turn up in the rotation.

Gotta go with warp drive. While a holodeck and replicator has more practical personal interest, going faster than light would allow us to see what's out there. Maybe someone else would give us replicators and holodecks.

It appears you're right. I interpreted "implants" as being dormant nodes where an implant /could/ be, with the obvious implants being active to maintain life. I assumed Seven's nanoprobes were active, because it would be otherwise be lame.

I don't think I'd be good with someone neutering my nanoprobes. They help keep everything running. Reprogram them to keep them from creating homing beacons, but otherwise let them do their thing.
