But not before I hunt down whoever wrote it & tie them up & tape their eyelids open & play it on a loop for 36 hours straight. Any brain/neuro scientists out there that can explain this?

I rarely buy potato chips but when I do, I like to get the salt & vinegar flavored variety.

So I’m munching away & I notice nothing out of the ordinary. Then I read the bag & it says just “sea salt”. (So not salt & vinegar—huge difference).
But it was only AFTER I read the bag more carefully did I no longer taste the vinegar. Not knowing otherwise, I must have replaced the vinegar taste in my mind. Right? Huh? Weird.

If you ever need your bags looked after during the day (say you’re taking multiple stops along a bus/train route and can’t check bags at a hotel or can’t take them in to a sporting event/concert) any UPS store will in essence “check” your luggage for you and lock them up for you for the day(s) as you need.

It always amazes me how many people say “they are praying” for someone/something. It’s just something you say..like “how are you doing?” Or “what’s up?” to someone you pass by. No one ever really wants to know and no one ever says how they are. And almost no one *actually does it* anyway.

It’s a useless gesture that does nothing for anyone other than virtue signaling by the “prayer”. One set of hands doing something are more effective than millions of hands in “prayer”. Grow up.
