ny‘all wanted to see the ai wallpaper, it’s boring, it’s bad. dude‘s face looks like squidward and has three arms.

I know what the 12V on the mystery connector is now, it's from the ignition!

cue motorcycle blowing the ignition fuse after taking a right onto the four lane road with no service lane. good thing there's spares in the fuse box because otherwise I would've been even more fucked.

anyways, made it home safe, though not thanks to the Mercedes driver who got up my butt and honked the horn at me despite me driving with hazards on when the right lane was completely empty.

ok, what came first, the card or my post? :D (i received the card like two minutes ago) #why2025

me, after the first 100km: a bit eepy but nothing that can't be fixed by caffeine and sugar
me, after the remaining 170km: fuck. this. fucking. shit. rain.

i was soo drenched like holy shit. on the mountain pass where i stopped it was 6°C and I was already so done with it, warmed up a bit and hoped that the other side of the mountain would have better weather.
it *was* better. for 10min or so.

such a cursed pin, i love it :D
felt cute, might leave harbor later (once the others return from the store with tejföl)
the new speaker cables have arrived :3

boards! boards! boards!

one day earlier than expected my point-of-load board for 48V to 5V/2A arrived.

this is a project for a 48V DC home bus to power all the small gadgets around from a common supply. and additionally it adds some smarts and protections like power monitoring, a fuse and input and output overvoltage protections.

it's been a few years but i've finally decided to order some PCBs from aisler again. it's just a small board to test and characterize some mosfets i got from a second source seller but the smallest feature is still 0.1mm in width (pad and soldermask)

and yeah, it's good. there's some strange marks on the soldermask which looks like marks from rollers handling the PCB with the mask not 100% cured yet but that's fine.

i'd say this passes the E-Test ;)
