Remember, if you’re unsure about something, rub it on a piece of paper. If it turns clear, it’s your window to weight gain!
It’s a perfectly cromulent episode
Lol just watched this one last night. Homer the Heretic. Apu leaves the kid in charge whole he joins the firebrigade to rescue Homer
Hands down the best soundtrack I’ve encountered in a show too.
Legion is one that I don’t see get mentioned very often. Very trippy and a unique spin on the superhero genre. Also Aubre Plaza is fantastic. Loved her in parks and rec, but this is when I realized she had serious acting chops beyond April.
I like my dates pitted
300th episode
Should I touch it?
Nana nana nana nana batman… I mean Leader!
I was nodding along until the last section about what organizations can do for their people and it’s like give them a “human moment” where they can talk to a person every 4 hours or do some light exercise. Maybe give them a brain healthy snack… Seriously?! Why can’t we ever step back and recognize that it might be that the demand is too high and that is not some failure of character of the worker? I hear a lot of people complain that worker productivity has increased without wages having grown to match. Why don’t we stop to question the need to constantly be productive more? The productivity monster is never satisfied; always asking for the line to grow higher and the employee to be more efficient with their time. The first half of the article states our brains are simply not wired for that level of demand and then the author suggest we life hack our way through it to even greater levels of productivity. They tack on unlimited sick days as an after thought, but even that is crap if the company culture is wholely focused on productivity. Workers will be trained to not use it. Those that can work from home, just pivot to that so they don’t get others sick, but they also don’t get behind in work. It’s insanity.
