It’s been a while since I needed to make a very specific plot in python, but I do it regularly enough to have established strategies. So it really hit me how bad the web has been poisoned with AI generated useless time eating traps. Pages and pages of bloated ‘tutorials’ 😭 My strategy on land is shifting to offline, reliant on good docs, reading code - similar to how I work at sea. Ironically we are getting better network connections at sea, just as the web is getting increasingly useless.

I love the @vagina_museum so much. Educational free museum with a sense of humour and strong ethical backbone. Highly recommend a visit if you can get to Bethnal Green in London.

The current exhibition about menopause is fantastic. Think I teared up half a dozen times reading the powerful stories throughout the museum.

Today is a special ROV dive day. Just 1km from us, RV Neil Armstrong is working with what looks like ROV Jason at another deep sea vent. Seeing another vessel with an ROV deployed on the horizon is a fun view 😁
