We are looking for a scholar with outstanding potential and hence we are advertising flexibly across two roles, Lecturer in Statistics (Education Focused) or Lecturer in Statistics (Education and Research).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> *Applications from candidates who wish to apply for Associate Lecturer (Education Focused) at Grade 6 (salary £35,333-£42,155) may also be considered, and if appointed the job description would be adapted accordingly. </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Successful candidates for the Education and Research role will have a strong and growing international research reputation and commitment to delivering high quality teaching. We welcome applications from across the broad spectrum of statistics, and particularly from candidates whose research could link with existing research strengths in St Andrews, including ecological and environmental statistics, medical statistics, and statistical ‘omics’.
