For those of you who haven't seen ‘Nimona' because you don't have a Netflix subscription; apparently Netflix just posted the whole movie to its YouTube account;

I've said this before but I'm saying it again: when you're looking at your job, you should have:

- Good pay
- Good culture
- Good growth opportunities

If you have 2/3, it's not too bad, but 0 or 1/3, you might want to question why you're still at that job.

An interview with Nebojša Vujo, a Serbian DJ who runs 2,000+ AI-generated sites, often hosted on abandoned news sites like The Hairpin and Apple Daily (Kate Knibbs/Wired)

If you browse a lot of #smallweb #indieweb blogs and websites, you should add the StreetPass extenstion to your web browser. It finds #fediverse accounts associated with the blogs you read, and allows you to view the accounts and follow them if you want.

How does it work?

1. Mastodon users verify themselves by adding a custom link to their personal site.
2. StreetPass lets you know when you've found one of these links, and adds them to your StreetPass list.
3. Browse the web as usual. StreetPass will build a list of Mastodon users made up of the websites you go to.

##StreetPass is made possible by open web identity verification standards and is 100% open source!

My christmas #Svelte #SvelteKit project is live now at https://www.annum.app/

If you're using @trakt, give it a try! :)

annum

Visualize your Trakt.tv history. Display your watched movies and shows in a poster grid. Easily switch between years and get an overview of all your history.

@trakt Because I use the oklch color mode a "Grayscale Mode" toggle is easily implemented. Just set the color chroma to 0

@trakt Animations in #Svelte are amazing - just needed to put a transition:fade onto my Image.svelte component and the scrolling is sooo much nicer.

Also added a "Screenshot Mode" now and language selector for the posters. Putting the finishing touches on this now!

@trakt Progress so far:
- Data loading from Trakt and TMDB API
- Infinite Loading
- Change color hue with slider
- Breadcrumb Nav

Now onto saving the color hue into a state and persist it to localStorage. And make the dashboard home better :D
