Origin stories, personal values, and surprising hobbies! Raf shares his journey from Kuwait to Canada and his passion for craftsmanship and pro-social behavior. Recia talks about her background in chemical engineering and thanks her parents for their sacrifice that inspired her values of perseverance and compassion. Next thing ya know we’re discussing generational trauma and the potential benefits of suffering as a means of personal development (#buddhism seems to be a theme this season huh?).
