@WPalant yea, even with my tiny website I'm now getting periodic bandwidth usage warnings from my host as AI scrapers "crawl" it. They obviously throw any kind of reasonable rate limiting out of the window 😐

@mconley I had sort of the opposite experience recently. I've been using Linux for a long time (most recently Fedora's KDE spin), but had to do some work on Windows 11 over the past year. I couldn't believe how slow and janky Windows had gotten, even when running it on compatively faster hardware. I guess this stuff is subjective 😅.

I've got quite new puncture-proof tyres on my bike which are a nightmare to fit, to the point where I physically can't do it. Anyway, I got one of these Tyre Glider tools today and it worked amazingly well, fitted the tyre quite easily, really impressed with it https://tyreglider.co.uk/
