The article falls short in describing acute instances like my own—those of us who face immense daily challenges even after embracing management strategies 24/7 and all available treatments.

While improved, our lives still orbit around MCAS and it’s constellation of symptoms.

That said, it’s a solid article overall and excellent to see the neurodivergent link so prominently highlighted alongside the more frequently linked EDS and LC.
