The goal is to move into my new office today. I’m still not totally sure where I’ll put my desk or what the cable management will look like, but I’m excited to be in a new space.
IT’S HERE! It’s available now on draft and in crowlers at the brewery. Here’s a little more about it: It’s a Black IPA (CDA) brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, and Chinook and then dry hopped with a bunch of Cascade (obviously), Simcoe, Columbus, and Chinook. It’s only slightly roasty and gets the majority of its color from Sinamar 🖤
I’m here mainly to see Carcosa and Within Destruction, but a pretty good act opened the night.
It’s nearly ready! It might be released as early as this weekend. I also got a glimpse of the label I designed for it printed on metallic paper and I couldn’t be more excited 😊
As someone who #WFH in a #rural neighborhood, I’ve always struggled to find reliable internet options that aren’t like $300/mo. We finally got 5G home internet support this month and it has been spectacular. I have finally canceled Starlink which, for a number of reasons, has become a pretty unfavorable option in the last two years.
Trying it cold for the first time and it’s suuuuuuuper bitter. Expecting it to really tone down in the next week or so as more hops drop out. It’s getting close!
Day 3: Tasted it so far and decided to move dry hopping to Day 10. Excited for how it tastes so far! And the color is perfect 🖤
