Trying something new this morning to push my boundaries - I came to a coffee shop by myself.
I know, I know, how silly. I don't mind being by myself or doing things such as grocery shopping by myself. I just get severe anxiety going to new places or sitting somewhere by myself. I'm sure this stems from previous relationship traumas, so I've decided to take control of the situation. I'm going to try going to a new coffee shop by myself each weekend. Wish me luck!
