You don’t need a Best By date for cheese. Is it moldy? No: eat it. Yes: cut off the mold and eat it.
An amazing thing about having a toddler in the house that no one tells you is there are always Ritz crackers.
Also a thing I never knew: Ritz crackers go GREAT with beer.
