@evinale It is a theme across what my thesis will (hopefully) be. But I must do conference paper on it just to hammer it out more explicitly. It is a problem that is overlooked across institutions, government(s), to funders, to universities etc.
Tim Wu talking about his new book, 'The Age of Extraction', which sounds interesting. I'm sure I'll disagree with substantive parts of it, but I may have to grab a copy.
