I don't really understand why others can't understand regex. I also struggled to understand it at first then i just looked at the simple and elegant method it processes a string everything made sense after that

most people in developing countries can't afford ms. they might only have it since its preinstalled on their pc oem version. the only place you might see paid for Windows is in corporate settings.
now if the cost to use Windows goes up ofcourse you will see less adoption cause people won't buy expensive machine unless the need to

me neither, since i have a strong pc. but have you ever used windows on someone else's computer? slow af. and theres nothing to be done about it since its just the way windows is set up. maybe you can disable services running in the background but even then. i could go on but I'd start rambling
