Far too many software projects lack examples of how they can be used.
"Peraflex, a revolutionary bitSystem flow manager for node! Manage your host's florf engine with API calls and asynchronous systems."

Cool, sounds well thought out but I don't know what any of this is, so I don't even know what problem it solves except for the problem of having a hard time managing my florf engine whatever that is.

Am I crazy or do mastodon replies not show up on lemmy?
@ZachWeinersmith remember though that no matter what set of if-then statements you give it the network is always doing the same thing - predicting the next word/token.
I wouldn't say that it used that protocol, which made it work. I would say that the most likely tokens to follow those instructions are ones that happened to work. This may also be a bit of bias if you stopped trying to get it to work as soon as it worked.
@secretgeek I'm sorry I don't watch much star trek
@secretgeek the evolution of human language does as it pleases and no amount of ranting will put a dent into the sheer force the change in language has.
@kaflurbaleen "excuse me, cashier, what flavors of linguisticks do you sell? All you have left are schwa, huh? No thank you we already have enough IPAs at home."
@ner who needs accuracy when you can wave your instrument like a flag? This is the future. Instruments are gonna just get more and more spherical to make the physics calculations easier!
@cooperationiskey I don't know much about the medicine of COVID but I recall reading something about an immune over-reaction being the cause of either deaths or misery. A storm of some kind. It's probably no consolation but hopefully being immunocompromised makes the symptoms better rather than worse?
@ner if it's one of these bad boys I have some good news for you about shipping!
