Yes, Spring! And in the right half of the year for the hemisphere, too! Higest predicted top temperature for this week is 26°C (~79F), and it's supposed to be sunny most of the time.
Daffodils and tulips are blooming, magnolias and sakura are in the process of finishing blooming, the little cherry tree in the back yard just started. Horse chestnuts and linden trees and hornbeam are well into growing their leaves, and oaks are starting and SPRING IS AWESOME

We saw my husband's cousin at the playground today and refused to go and say hi for about 25 minutes until he accidentally saw us -.- Hooray for social skills!
But the rest of the day was wonderful with soo much sun, flowers, a huge bowl of pasta for me, and now my kid is sleeping beside me, soft and breathing and still radiating the warmth of spring and adventure.

@Anke Pretty well today...work was alright, surgery galore, we were at the playground in the sun afterwards, and now the kiddos's sleeping and I'm resting my feet in bed :) How was your day? (btw I wrote you an e-mail!)

I definitely like sunny Spring weather better than rainy Winter weather.
In our society, you can convince people that your kid is a girl by ONLY giving the kid pink shoes 🤔 My husband had a long conversation today with a guy about our kid (at the playground) and when in the end he asked "what's her name by the way?", he was so nervous (aka socially awkward) he just lied and said: "Lisa" because that was the first girl name he could think of.
