Put a link to my instance in my Twitter bio, curious to see if I get banned. Hoping I do, would be incredibly petty of them to ban my 0 follower Twitter for having a tiny Mastodon instance- but them's the "rules" now.

Was installing ES IV: Oblivion from an old DVD disk to see if it would actually work and I got this gem of a loading screen during the install.
Nostalgic as I did use to play games just like this on my Walkman flip phone

I installed a homebrew on my old 3DS and am now exporting all my childhood DS games to ROMs to play *LEGALLY* on emulators.
I've never hacked a console before. It was actually a pretty fun, easy process with an interesting exploit.
Now I've got the more difficult task of trying to do the same for my N64, Gameboy, & GameCube collections...

Currently making my way through the vod of the @/ironmouse & @/cdawgva playthrough of The Devil in Me an hour each night with @Ica after we put the little one to bed.
I want to like the game and story but there are so many bugs it's difficult to see it as anything but a step backwards. What is with all these unpolished big studio games hitting the shelves lately? I now don't buy games on release because I assume they will be unplayable until at least a few months in.
