@clairepilar I’ve not read it, but it’s on my list - unfortunately it’s a long one! I’ve only read bits and pieces on the Revolution really, but I’ve just started dragging myself through the socialist history of the French Revolution by Jean Jaurès
@clairepilar I’ve been reading about the French Revolution a lot recently so it’s stuck in my head a bit!
@PaulFilev when I was a kid growing up in church a preacher mentioned the Greek word logos and its counterpart “The word of god” - I was astonished to realise that what I thought of as ‘absolute truth’ was just an interpretation!
