"Get therapy." Okay, I was in therapy for 4 years with two different therapists. Now my health insurance is much worse and it's not financially possible. But the therapy was not very helpful anyway.
So yeah, eventually you're just completely f*cked, even if you don't have cancer or have to fight in a war.

One goddamn crisis after another. Stress on top of stress. The only reason for continuing is to try to help reduce the misery of people I care about; I can't reduce mine.
But I've observed that the more people I get to know, the more suffering I encounter and the more I'll feel their pain and need to take on more stress to help. It's a relief when I encounter nice people who don't need any help.
But my biggest regret of my 20s was not socializing more! Does anything make sense??

Being called "anti-Israel" for opposing Netanyahu and what he's doing is like being called "anti-American" for opposing Trump and his crap.
I have never stopped wanting to make videos and things to post, but lack of time and depression-based severe lack of workable motivation have been roadblocks that I have rarely overcome.
I have a few videos posted under this screen name so I'm kind of obligated to keep it, but so far I'm just flooding this instance of the screen name with toxic depression and political posts which are not conducive to a creative profile, so I'm dooming my ability to be seen even before I have anything to see!!
