If any work under this license is used to train an LLM, a fee of $1,000,000 USD must be paid to Snyper LLC per each work generated, within 24 hours of generation. Failure to comply doubles this fee for every additional hour.

The Apple indie dev community is undergoing an identity crisis. For decades, whatever Apple said was good, was good. People mostly agreed with their ethics, design priorities, way of doing business.

Now that all of that has, well, severely degraded, it leaves us in the dark. The north star is gone.

There are all these people that used to be a part of my life before they used social media to tell me who they are. They’re former friends and coworkers and family members who I’ll never speak to again because they voted for #trump twice.

Sometimes I wonder what they’re thinking. I wonder if they watch #ice shooting civilians and are proud of the fact that they voted for this. I wonder if they read about children being pulled from schools and thrown into concentration camps and think that this is what progress should look like. I wonder if the truth of what they’ve done has even registered or if they’re so deeply invested in the lies they swallowed that they’re unable to see anything but that.

Beyond all of that though, I wonder what they’ve gained to make this all seem worth it. Some of them were small business owners who I imagine will have needed to fold in this economy. Some of them were married to people of color who likely live in fear. Some of them were reliant on public services that have been destroyed by #maga greed and cruelty.

I wonder if they sit in the hollowed out remnants of their own lives and still think that this is what winning looks like. I wonder if they even notice or if they’re too ignorant to even see that.

I think, or I hope, that all Europeans can now see that it was a huge mistake to be dependent on Russian fossil fuels. We should never have been.

And now we have to make sure that we will have no dependencies on other countries outside Europe, not only in energy but in everything.
