Yesterday my goodest boy Baxter started walking in tight circles in an obsessive way seemingly out of nowhere, so we went to the ER vet. Long story short, he either had a stroke or he has a brain tumor that crossed a tipping point in his forebrain.

Today is better - not back to normal, but at least nowhere near as bad.

He’s only 9.5 years old and I’m not ready for this to be the beginning of the end. Even though he’s doing better today, I’m soooo on edge, and it’s just heartbreaking.
