It is hard to accept when a friend decides to give up the fight against cancer and go with assisted suicide. I am glad he has this option (thank you New Mexico) but now I plan to cry with his wife when we aren’t by his side because we love him so much.
I’m posting this because I want to remind the world that you don’t know what someone else is enduring. Be kind. Be gentle.
