@ScribblingOn @actuallyautistic I have recently been using the virtual commute in microsoft teams, you jot down notes and then at the end of the day it goes over your to do items so you can check them off and what meetings you have coming up the following day. I also set focus time in my calendar to do specific things like update project boards or check emails.

For research, I use mendeley to organise all the things I have read and make notes on them

If you are involved in #assessment in #highereducation, these are brilliant!

Set of cards that can be downloaded. Each card contains an outline of an assessment that may be considered to be authentic. The idea of the cards is that they provide a simple starter for discussions about how assessment may become more authentic, and what options could be drawn upon.

What does everyone think about the #Microsoft integration with #Meta? #VR #VirtualReality #MR #MixedReality
@teachpaperless yes I thought so but when I looked I had a few more on my other one (maybe it just took a while to move over?)
@landons @phdlife @academicchatter @phdstudents general questions you can ask (with the use of tools or just getting them to discuss with the person next to them) could be 'how does X make you feel?', 'what is your stance on X?', 'would you agree with the statement xxx, why/ why not?'
@landons @phdlife @academicchatter @phdstudents if you can, try using tools like mentimeter or slido at the start to ask attendees what they think of the topic, then present what your research has found. Also an opportunity for people to ask questions. Or alternatively if you don't have access to online tools, pose a question and ask people to discuss it with the people next to them for 5 minutes before you then dive into what you have discovered.
