Aerial cartwheel progress continues! (A long-term project.) Maybe I will try it on the floor soon; trying to get consistent enough that all my landings are like this and not something that would be an ankle-cruncher without the soft mat.
Axle clean+press--160# and a PR. I had 30 sec to make it; I like this video because I pulled it together after missing #1. Also it's a wild-looking lift.
(The axle bar is extra thick and the ends don't spin, which means that you have to change grip in the middle or the bar will get away from you!)
Did my first Strongman competition on Saturday. 2nd of 5 in my division, not too far behind the leader. First time ever lifting stones (made 2/3 but still tied for last there 😅). Best in the women's field in the Ukrainian deadlift. And I had a pretty good time and expect I'll do another one soon.
