Determined to make oatmeal exciting. Today I threw in candied lemon peel, blob of Turkish pistachio cream, and some toasted salted pumpkin seeds.

Anyone else running a cat farm? After too many times spending $8 on a half-dead cat grass from Petco, I invested in three small ceramic planters, a bag of cactus mix, and a bag of cat grass seeds (they are a mixture of wheatgrass and oat). I rotate through the three of them, and the cats are over the moon happy :)
