@thor Running with a dictaphone, I record a few (sometime up to 17) thoughts (stuff to do, in general) and then enjoy a half hour of calm thoughts,without any drugs. Drawing and playing music, once entered in the flow of it, yields same results. Working too 'mm: the difficulty is the initial step to get into the flow mode. Having a system to note down interrupting ideas (eg org-remember under emacs, or a simple note book) and the faith that you WILL get back to it later, is key.
