@tim Alaska Airlines was my go-to airlines when I had to make East Coast-West Coast trips in my parents’ final days. One time, I messed up the departure and called them very close to tears. They fixed things for me, were so gentle, and I think I’ll always have fond memories of them.

I was early for an appointment at #GrandCentralTerminal today, so I did my best impression of a tourist. I had never noticed the old cabinets under the status boards at each track entry before. Too busy going places, I guess! #NYC #touristing
