(EDITOR’S NOTES — We’re pretty psyched about bringing you this piece because there’s not many bands around Buffalo doing what Arrangements is doing. The band — comprised of Maxwell Johnson, guitar; Tristan Tims, bass, and Justin Von Strasburg, drums — will be playing Hickory Urban Sanctuary at 232 Pratt Street in Buffalo this Friday, Aug. 2. @overcastfm Custom sort order of episodes is still not working. I can arrange episodes, but the next time I open the app, especially if new episodes are downloaded, the order goes back to newest to oldest. What is the point of having the ability to custom sort episodes with click and drag if it doesn’t stay set in the order you arrange? This is a minor nitpick, I know, but I arrange things all the time.
@marcoarment Continuous playback is not working as well. When an episode ends, the app doesn’t move on to the next one even though I have the setting “stop after each episode” toggle turned off.
@marcoarment I’m seeing a bug or issue that is bothering me with the new version of Overcast. In the past I was able to drag and drop episodes into a play order I wanted and that order would stay when new episodes appeared at the top of my All Episodes list. Now what happens is the new episodes load in and the order of the older episodes reset to the sort setting of the list. Is this how it will work now or is it a bug? Here are screenshots of my settings to see if I’m doing something wrong.

My longest continuously running musical project / band, Partly Zombish, has a new album out on the French cassette based label Falt.
