how to do anything
Told my therapist that I don't feel like a true mom but also don't feel like a dad to my now 2 year old. It's been like this since she was born. (My wife is her bio mom.)
He asked me, point blank: "Are you questioning your gender?" And honestly, I don't even know. I feel more like a genderless blob than anything else these days. Like I don't have a home, especially when it comes to my identity as a parent. Not a fan of this feeling, tbh.
