Hashicorp changes the terraform license to BSL.

tl;dr if you use terraform in a product, you're gonna have to lawyer up if you do anything remotely related to what hashicorp does now or in the future.

Crossposting from my Bluesky user but I am starting to cook vegan and this is the best thing I have ever ocoked in my life! I plan to expand on it for sure, but this was a lot for me, and I'm quite proud of it!

@felixthehat OHHHHHHHHHHHHH IT TOOK A SECOND, yeah I live in the hilly bit above preston so no ethernet cable is getting up that hill (nor is any polluted air which is how I survived the night with that fire)

@felixthehat The VMs will! But for bare metal I prefer running Proxmox or something, then in the VMs running on it use k3s or something

@felixthehat actually plan to move all my hosting into a DC in Brighton. I host a lot of things, hosting is getting expensive, and its stupid since I could consolidate it into a few VMs with KVM.

@felixthehat yeah it is but its in OVH so I'd rather move it somewhere else where your neighbour isn't hosting anything dodgy and therefore your IP is banned by places by collateral
