@Mirandakeeling oh, that must be frustrating :/ Looks like someone’s found a workaround here: https://www.simoncox.com/post/how-to-get-your-wix-website-verified-on-mastodon
How to get your Wix website verified on Mastodon

I went through some hoops to get my Mastodon profile verified - here's how I did it.

@Mirandakeeling my guess is that you’ll need to add the code to the html head of your Wix site: https://support.wix.com/en/article/embedding-custom-code-on-your-site

@kevlar Repair Cafés are great! I work for https://therestartproject.org - we help people set up these kinds of community repair events and join the wider movement. We've got some basic 'getting started' info on our forum here: https://talk.restarters.net/tag/restart-party-kit Happy to chat too 🙂

@arthurlutzim Looks really interesting! I've added the European Right to Repair Campaign ;) The global Restarters community (which I help coordinate) has an open repair wiki to help people fix their devices and keep them going for longer: wiki.restarters.net/

Hi, I'm James (he/him). I've recently started on a journey into the world of FOSS and have just landed in the fediverse, which is my new favourite word!

It's great to be here, but also a little overwhelming

By way of #introduction, I'm interested in 🛠️#righttorepair, 💚#environmentalism, 🗣️#mentalhealth, 🎵#music, 🔬#science, ✏️#graphicdesign and now, of course, #foss
(not to mention liberal use of emoji 😉).

Where can I find those things here? Any follow recommendations?
