@richardgunther thank you!! Very helpful.
@richardgunther is it still supported or do they need a new hub or additional hardware? It’s apparently just refusing to connect to the app and the dimmers aren’t working properly.
@richardgunther I have an Insteon question for you. If someone were to move into a home with this Insteon hub connected to a bevy of dimmers and scene controllers how would one get it connected to the internet again? https://www.insteon.com/isy-994i
