My espresso machine broke - filed a case with Breville. They sent back an AI generated list of "troubleshooting" questions:

- asked the type of coffee three times
- asked the type of milk twice
- asked the water source twice

Any efficiency gains here are lost in the degradation of brand trust.

Replied to 1Password's email about their 33% price increase asking to fix all the bugs before haphazardly adding AI to justify the increase. Their response from "Amy" that started off "We know you are concerned about AI...rest assured...". Did not address my points at all. SMH.
