@simon_brooke it’s a really sharp piece. It’s built on the assumption that the promised results are delivered, which isn’t guaranteed. I’m saying that partly to avoid sliding into doom, but it’s the only weak point I spot.
Octavia Butler once said in an essay that you need to allow for surprises when it comes to the future. I hold onto that prettt dearly, because I feel a collision in the future. Doesn’t mean it’ll happen though. I hope it doesn’t.
