I will say this, and itās likely all Iāll ever say: I told two separate therapists some things about hard things Iāve gone through.
One told me they needed a minute.
The other said theyād not been able to stop thinking about the thing I told them in my previous session. (probably not the most professional comment, but still.)
@cyberlyra While I understand the need for education and countering misinformation, this really reads as a weird type of victim complex. Theyāre just mad about someoneās forum posts.
Anyway, wishing you a much more peaceful scrolling experience going forward š
