Many people are desperately afraid of “forever masking.”

I'm afraid of #COVID19 remaining a top five cause of death indefinitely.

I'm scared COVID will leave billions with lasting damage to their heart, brains, and immune systems.

I'm frightened that children infected three, four or nine times will have lifelong health issues.

@scalzi Yeah I’m ok with a platform that grows slowly and organically over time but is more open and honest about their operations. I’ve really enjoyed not being algorithmed to death. As a software developer I knew this was happening and being relatively emotionally intelligent I realized the impact it had on me. It’s been much much more enjoyable being on here. Most people I follow moved over here and for those who didn’t I can use a reader to get the rest without dealing with the bird.
