I live in a rural deep red county in a deep red state. Recently a small local Hispanic church invited people from other local churches. They said they wanted support from the local community as many of their members are scared.
I went. In fact, so many people showed up that guests by far outnumbered regulars.
This has never happened here before.
Religious or not, red state or blue state, there are people everywhere that care. Even in the deepest of red places.
