One of the things I hate about this corrupt timeline is it took perfectly good rhetorical devices and turned them into a sign that a shit-spewing machine wrote this book. There’s nothing wrong with a good tricolon or negation (and obviously ai uses them because people did first) but goddamn when I see them in close succession my spidey sense starts tingling.
