DigiAccess, yet another useless accessibility overlay, is funded by the Deutsche Telekom Tech Incubator TECHBOOST (which apparently has nothing to do with their testing and auditing division), the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, Digital Hub, another accelerator, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
