Safe water & sanitation are not universal in rich countries, though we sometimes pretend they are ... even as we point out the deficiencies elsewhere.

That fiction must end. There is plenty of unfinished business at home.

Something like 60% of people working in school transportation (e.g., bus drivers) are out sick right now. A huge surge in something (covid?) is happening in this area with lots of people not coming in to work.
