Personal experience:
In 2023, my friends and I stumbled into a British karaoke bar during a warm summer night. The next song that came on was Vienna—the first time I had heard it in years. Strangers had their arms around each other, singing every word at the top of their lungs. Years later, I still listen to this song whenever I feel like I’m moving too fast through life. It reminds me to #slowdown and appreciate where I am.
