I've been getting soooo many spam texts lately it's making me think about signing up for one of those services that wipes your info from “the lists”—but then my suspicions rise that those services might be doing this to get me to this place.

Trump wraps up a speech to military leaders that represented a major escalation of his effort to weaponize the armed forces into a tool he can use to violently quash domestic dissent. Hard to imagine how anyone with a shred of dignity can keep serving after this, which of course is the point.

Coworker recommended Cinnamon tea to remove the metallic taste of Paxlovid. I decided to add on a handful of sour cream and onion chips first.

These do not go well together.

No metallic taste though, so… success.

Ugh well… I avoided this for 4+ years until I caught it in December. Now Round 2 only 10 months later. 😭 I don't feel as bad this time around but maybe that is because I _just_ got my vaccine 10 days ago?

Our neighborhood has had a huge increase in solicitors lately so we put up this sign. They have mostly ignored it, sadly, but this morning I saw a dude walk up, pause at the sign, then walk off. Finally it worked!
