I’m going to launch a service that helps to summarize any YouTube video, and I want your opinions on it.

It’s most specifically for those super long videos that make you wonder “Should I actually spend 20 / 40 / 90 minutes watching this?” It’s meant to save you a lot of time.

It’ll have tools to get a full transcript of the video, a super short summary, action items, other things.

What would you want it to do? How could it be most helpful to you?

I saw a decorative sign recently that I thought would have wildly different vibes if hung in the dining room versus being hung in the bathroom.

Got my new MacBook Pro with an M4 Pro chip. I've seen this thing idle at 5.4 watts. Five point four! To Intel, that's a rounding error. If I'm not doing anything significant it rarely goes above 10 watts. The chip hangs out at around 40º C in a laptop enclosure with fans off.

Then when I push it, I've seen it spike up to about 90 watts while converting an MKV to MP4. And doing it at 12x - 23x play speed.

This is absolutely incredible engineering.
