@cocoafrog @sommer I moved my US number to Google Voice, which didn't work for some banks initially but they eventually did for some reason. If you want to use an e-SIM based carrier that provides free roaming, then remember to activate those before you leave the US.

@cocoafrog @sommer This is good point too. I think the sole purpose of telling a bank you have moved is 1. Tax Purposes (which won't apply to US citizens anyways); 2. when your card expires they can send them to your new address, but 2 can be worked around as long as you have someone in the US to receive your mail.

@sommer @timo That might be convenient if you don't want to hand over Vegvesen your US driver's license, otherwise they will do the literal "exchange": take your US license away from you. But I did talk to Vegvesen and they said that in lieu of a physical card you can hand them a DMV stamped paper.

@EshuMarneedi @christianselig Last time I checked, this should be addressed in the latest 26.1 beta of macOS, beta 3 or 4 both should have the fix. Can you still reproduce it with these builds? If so, can you please file a new feedback with sysdiagnose? In issues like this, having a sysdiagnose if crucial for investigation. Thanks.
