Pretty sure I filled this out already but…

He/Him. Inventor, filmmaker, experimental musician.

"Just In Time" logistics that hollowed out any rainy day capacity in supply chains and thus allowed Covid to transmit such enormously disruptive shockwaves throughout societies needs to be understood as part of a broader ideology of the ruling class that this should be how everything is structured, including human lives.

Leave no reserve energy left in workers that is not absolutely necessary for them to get through the working day. Make workers live a life of "just in time" paychecks.

Today was an ass-kicker, but now it’s time for fire!

I invented a new Peonie cage and after a bit more than a year of field testing (including Wisconsin winter) the design appears to be sound.

You can print one yourself (see below), but I’ve had a few people suggest I make and sell them as well. I wouldn’t have guessed that they would be worth it but I’ve been told that what’s currently available are expensive, fragile and not as pretty

In about 3 weeks we’re taking a cross-country train to commune with giant trees and the ocean (among other things). I’m going to be off-grid for the most part, but I’m bringing a “netbook” I’ve modified with a screen suitable for outdoor use to see if I can get some writing done.

At the top of my list is an essay on the ethical use of LLMs (or what most people are talking about when they say “AI” these days). It’s something I’ve been meaning to write for awhile but I need to cleanse my palate of hype for a few days first.
Made my first #unikernel

(not from scratch, but still pretty cool for a couple hours work)

It runs my
#jsfs project, and has renewed my interest in the next step: #jsos.
