@LawrenceShop @LindaCollins11 You forgot about Covid19. That caused the drop. Biden got a little boost in his first year then his inflation hit and it dropped like a stone. It's come up a bit but it's still far lower than when Biden took office. And it's lower now than anytime during Trumps presidency.
It's okay if you want to think he's doing a good job. I can't argue with religious beliefs.

I'm not trolling. I think that people criticizing Gaetz are missing the point of what he's trying to do. I want people to be informed as to what's happening and what's at stake.
But I guess the fact that I joined a week ago invalidates my opinion. Or... you people only want to hear one side.
@GottaLaff You posted the letter from Tom McClintock. It was snarky. Many others joined in, saying that Gaetz, et al., were immature children, etc. My point is that they're trying to stop a toxic government practice that removes accountability and lets gov. reps do anything they want. I support that effort to stop it. It will make government work better for all of us.
@GottaLaff So you're saying that letting the representatives pass whatever they want without political kickback is fine as long as they sometimes pass something that you want? Do you realize that they're using omnibus spending bills constantly just to bypass what most people want and get their pet projects funded? If that's okay to you then why bother voting at all? What they actually do most the time doesn't matter to you as long they sometimes do what you want.
@GottaLaff I'm curious. Do you think it's a good thing that the spending bills are lumped together into huge omnibus bills? Our representatives can vote for more pork spending without accountability. Separate bills mean that each has to stand politically on it's own. Which method is better in your opinion?
@nixCraft I'm "print it out old". After that it was "write it to an 8" floppy old". Then "write it to a 5 1/4" floppy old". Then "Write to a 3 1/2 inch floppy old". It will take a while to get to CD's.
@LindaCollins11 So I stand by my post. By most economic indicators the economy is worse. Add in higher interest rates along with a massive debt and things don't look good. By hey, at least the GDP has come up a little.
@LindaCollins11 Consumer confidence is way down. It's come up recently but it's still way way down.
@LindaCollins11 Inflation has come down but it's still high compared to previous. It's also dipped back up.
@LindaCollins11 The business confidence index shows a big jump coming after Covid but a steady drop. It's up a little though.
