Used to have a decent opinion of Sendgrid, just been screwed over by their support :/
Client had an account purchased through Azure as an add-on to a subscription, the subscription got moved between resellers which led to the Sendgrid add-on being cancelled.
Sendgrid have now refused to re-activate the account associated with that add-on, or give access to the data in that account.
I really didn't think this was that big of a request
